To seal a Touch Vac container, simply snap
on the cover, lock the handles down and press firmly on the
center of the lid. A soft whistling sound signals that air is
escaping, creating the vacuum (and the red Vacuum Indicator
goes down). It's that easy.

To release the vacuum, just pull up the blue
valve and lift the handles. Another whistle accompanies the breaking
of the vacuum seal (and the red Indicator Button pops back up).
