Touch Vac is not only great for reheating left overs, but you can actually cook in them in the microwave!

Because the steam pushes the vacuum valve open, you can leave the lid on when putting Touch Vac in the microwave. Because of this, it is great for steaming vegetables. It is also convenient for instantly marinating your favorite meats!

Please use caution when using Touch Vac in the microwave. The following recipes have been tested, but please remember that all microwaves cook differently. It is always better to undercook first...you can always add more time!
