Spinach Artichoke Dip 1
box frozen spinach Defrost spinach and artichokes. Squeeze out excess water from spinach. (Too much water will make the dip seem greasy). Cut artichokes into fourths. Combine all ingredients into 2100ml TouchVac. Stir well. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Remove and stir. Microwave again until HOT, or about another minute and a half. Serve with chips or bread. |
