Golden Broccoli Soup

2-cups broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1 can creamy potato soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 soup can milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

In 3400ml Touch Vac, combine broccoli, carrot, onion and water. Cover with lid;
microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In small bowl stir soup until smooth. Stir in milk, cheese and pepper; mix well. Stir into vegetables. Cover; microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Makes 4 cups, or 4 servings.
